Description: Class 4C conducted the morning assembly on ‘Ask not what the nation has done for you. Ask what you have done for the nation-Kargil Vijay Diwas to celebrate and to rekindle the pride and valour of our brave soldiers who took part in operation Vijay .The assembly started with a prayer followed by speeches by the students of class 4 C who spoke about the victory of Indian soldiers in capturing the mountain heights that were occupied by the infiltrators on 26th July 1999. A motivational foot tapping song was sung by the class choir which was joined by the junior school boys. A pledge was taken by the junior school to show their commitment and responsibility towards their motherland .Few words in Bengali was learnt in Bhasha sangam. The assembly culminated with the National anthem.
