Description: DATE: 21st August 2024 EVENT: Disaster management drill for earthquake conducted by the school staff and students THEME/ TOPIC: Disaster Management Drill BRIEF DESCRIPTION: On August 21, 2024, our school conducted an earthquake drill to enhance preparedness. At 9:00 AM, a siren signalled the start, prompting students to quickly take cover. Some students went under their desks, while others moved to the corners of the room for protection. After the initial "Drop, Cover, and Hold On" phase, everyone evacuated to the designated assembly area. Teachers ensured all students were accounted for, emphasizing the importance of swift, coordinated responses during emergencies. All students present and staff present in school participated in the drill.
