LEARNING OUTCOMES: The students will develop a regular reading habit, enhance their
vocabulary and comprehension skills, improve fluency, and express their ideas and responses to
books with greater confidence.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The Reading Club of the Junior School provides students with a joyful and enriching space to
read, explore and share books. Students visit the Library twice a week and engage with a variety
of age-appropriate books, followed by discussions, book talks, story sharing and creative
responses. These regular sessions nurture curiosity, imagination, vocabulary and a lifelong love
for reading.
