EVENT: Green Diet Drive Under Health and Wellness
THEME/ TOPIC: Inclusion Of Green Leafy Vegetables In Our Tiffin

LEARNING OUTCOMES: The students will be able to: -
1. Understanding nutrition.
2. To recognize the health benefits of green leafy vegetables.
3. Build confidence by speaking about the health benefits.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: “Go Green in your Tiffin” Activity.
The young boys of class 3 at St. John’s School activity participated in the “Go Green in your Tiffin” initiative, promoting the importance of green leafy vegetables in their daily diet. Each student brought a nutritious tiffin featuring a healthy sandwich or chapattis all filled with greens like spinach, lettuce or coriander. As a part of activity, the children also spoke about the benefits of consuming green leafy vegetable at their age, highlighting the role of building strong bones, improving eyesight and boosting immunity.
