Description: DATE: 15th August 2024 EVENT: Little Smiles THEME/ TOPIC: Toy Donation Drive CLASS & SECTION: 11th & 12th BRIEF DESCRIPTION: On 15 August 2024, the Rotaract Club Chandigarh in synergy with Rotary Club Chandigarh and hand in hand with Interact Club of St. John's High School held a toy donation drive by the name of “ LITTLE SMILES ” and Celebrated the Independence Day with child patients at Hansraj Dharamshala in Sector-12, next to PGI, Chandigarh. The patient kids were happy and excited to celebrate Independence Day with all present and on receiving toys. 100 different toys were distributed by the team of 10 volunteers from Rotaract Club Chandigarh, under the leadership of President Moin Khan, secretary Ishita and event incharge Japneet. Members of the Interact Club, St. John’s High School under the leadership of President Prabhav Bansal, participated fully to make the event such a huge success. Other members from St. John’s were, Secretary -Vidur Chaudhri Treasurer- Samyan Arora Director of Finance -Jayant Chadha Director of vocational services - Bhavraj Singh Core Member class 11 - Prabhnoor Singh It was commendable to watch the little patients performing song and dance with full enthusiasm.
