BRIEF DESCRIPTION: On December 10th, the vibrant students of Class 4D visited the Kusht Ashram, eager to connect with the residents and share their thoughts. The boys began with a heartfelt prayer and hymn, followed by an informative presentation on the importance of conserving resources especially water. They recited a poem on ‘Swachhta’ which was thoroughly enjoyed by the inmates. The students enthusiastically interacted with the residents, exchanging ideas and thoughts. This was followed by the rendition of the famous song ‘Paani’ by the students. As a gesture of kindness, they distributed packets of detergents and Dettol liquid soap to the residents. Later the residents sang some beautiful bhajans wherein the students also joined in.
To spread some festive cheer, the boys concluded their visit with a lively dance performance filling the atmosphere with joy and happiness. This visit proved to be a valuable learning experience for our young students, instilling in them essential values such as compassion, empathy, and community service.
